Trade Items is an action performed by pressing the appropriate button when available.
Items can be traded with other hominids. This allows you to switch helpful items like weapons or food or medicinal substances with other hominids.
This action also allows you to make sure you have needed items without you having to switch to the other hominid, drop the item, switch back to pick up the items for that hominid, and then repeating that process for the other hominid.
This action is a combination of the Give and Take Item actions.
Mechanics[]
Trade Items only appears if your hominid has items and another hominid has items that can be traded. As long as the other hominid hasn't eaten the item or caused it to disappear from the game, it is possible to trade the item. For example - another hominid in your clan has a 
Dead Branch and you have a 
Coconut. You give the coconut to the other hominid and they give you the dead branch in return.
If the current hominid doesn't have any items, the Take action will show instead of Trade Items.
If the other hominid doesn't have any items, the Give action will show instead of Trade Items.
