The Otters' Den is a memorable location landmark in the Great Lake biome.

On the left side of The Great Lake, as the waters find their way into the gap leading to the The Funnelling Arch, there is an open beach offering a perfect home for a group of Miocene African Otters.
Lots and lots of otters make their home here and they are none to happy you are here to explore. Be wary: a single otter is not a great threat but they defend themselves well in a pack.
Not much food or other resources here - except perhaps for the otters.
