The Great Lake is a memorable location landmark in the Great Lake biome.
Overview[ | ]
The Great Lake is a major sight to see, and you will encounter plenty of predators, gathering spots, and landmarks.
Pass on behind The Orchard to follow either the watercourse back to the lake (hard climbing and a chance to be swept back to the waterfall by the current) or climb the narrow canyon behind The Orchard to stand atop the cliffs. Careful: Black Machairodus resting place!
There are several interesting Oases (Jut-Out Boulder and Head-Of-Stone) and Landmarks in the area, all with their own pros and cons. Have fun exploring, but beware:
- Hippopotamus' will not only charge at the Thorbjarnarson's Crocodiles!
- Even the Miocene African Otters are hostile, not only while defending The Otters' Den.
