Description

Sphalerite is a orange crystal rock that is a tool, weapon, and precious stone.

How to obtain

Sphalerite can be grabbed from the ground.

Effects

Finding and investigating Sphalerite will unlock one of the Spiritual Inception Evolution Feats. Evolving after finding Sphalerite will add thirty-nine thousand years to the game's timeline.

Uses

• The Sphalerite has the same uses as any other rock or blunt tool.
• The Sphalerite can be used to butcher animals.
• Giving a Sphalerite to an unrelated clan member of the opposite sex will instantly create a bond between the two.
• Holding a Spahlerite will confer Fear Protection. Setting down the Sphalerite stops this buff but picking the Sphalerite back up will immediately start the protection again. However, this isn't an unlimited buff. Eventually the specific Sphalerite will run out of buff and a new one will have to be found to get the buff protection again.

Locations

In the game, there are multiple locations where you can find the Sphalerite.

• One can be found on the top of The Beach Tower landmark.
• At the Shallow Hideout Oasis is a rocky outcrop - on top of that.
• Up the beach from the Sand Garden Oasis is a sea stack - again, the sphalerite can be found on top.
• Sphalerite can also (extremely rarely) be found under Liftable Rocks.
