Once a neuron is revealed, the neuron will need to be matured before it can be initiated and learned. Perform the following actions to mature this neuron:
- Continually inspect food items. Inspect both good to eat and bad to eat spoiled/green/unripe items. Be aware that this can take a lot of items before it matures.
