Rock Arrow Oasis is an oasis landmark in the Savanna biome.
This is a very unforgiving environment. Make sure you are able to survive the heat!

When you discover this oasis, it triggers three 
Meteorites.
It isn't immediately clear but three meteorites fall. Two fly by first and then one after that. Carefully watching the video that plays shows three meteorites but the camera angle changes quickly between views and the meteorites look similar.
Located at the top of the giant rock formation, is a
Ruby waiting to be discovered but be warned, a 
Bateleur Eagle will attack you once you pick up/discover the Ruby.
